Toyota on Front - July 2017

I have been a customer at Toyota on Front for about 15 years.  The service staff is excellent which is why I have all my maintenance done there.  In 2014, I bought a 2010 Camry from Kentaro Hoshimi.  I just upgraded to a 2017 XSE Camry which I also bought from Kentaro.  He is really excellent and I only wish that I could deal with him more often!

I'm Chrissy and I just bought a RAV4 from you guys on Saturday. I've been a customer at Toyota on front for about 4 years now. After shopping for an SUV at multiple dealerships (Toyota, Honda and Hyundai), dealing with many managers and staff, I can say nobody beats your team at Toyota on front. 

You have an amazing team, Kal. Barry and you worked closely and openly with us to provide us the best possible package with the RAV4. You even lend us your own personal highlander to test drive. I had one sales rep from a dealership that just told us he cannot meet my offer. Didn't even try to provide other possible alternatives. 

Let's just say I quickly dismissed that individual. Samantha was friendly and gave us her honest opinion as to what car protection package to get and tailored it to our family's needs. 

We ended up purchasing the gold car protection plan with the rust proofing package. In the maintenance department, Howard and Javed are the 2 staff that often assist me. They are both very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and explains all procedures thoroughly so I can make an informed decision on my Toyota matrix's maintenance. 

These 2 gentleman are responsible for keeping my matrix at tip top condition all these years. There's also Ricky and Alex who provide shuttle services. These 2 gentleman are friendly and have a great sense of humor. They often greet me and strike up a conversation when I come in for my maintenance.

I feel like I've been treated like family here at Toyota on Front for all these years. You should be proud of your amazing team, Kal. I would rate your dealership 11/10. Good evening you have asked me of my experience in buying my vehicle from your down town dealer ship well to say the lest it was very positive. 

I live in northern Ontario Sudbury to be exact 500 Kms away. In dealing with Raemie on the purchase of my Tundra he was professional,polite and knew the vehicle.

We talked price and delivery of the truck and pretty much closed the deal on the phone pending my inspection of the truck pleased to do this as it involved me driving down to Toronto and Raemie putting the truck on hold till I inspected it .

I will recommend your dealership to friends and family.   Thank you for the service.

Toyota on Front - March 2016

I have been with Toyota and different dealerships for many years and have loved my last few cars, the Toyota Matrix.

I received an email that brought me into Toyota on Front and met sales staff, Jason Zhang.  I can't say enough about my positive experience and the entire process from our first conversation until I drove away with my new vehicle was seamless, smooth, fun and easy. 

I knew my lease was coming to an end a few months from now and was dreading having to deal with that, my car, any repairs and clean up, etc.  Once I met with Jason and learned I could trade it in and have a new car, I was excited. 

Jason took so much time with me and I think my initial day with him, I was there for over three hours.  This was due to my asking tons of questions and having a unique situation regarding financing etc.  He was so pleasant, informative, helpful and patient.  I also felt that when looking at the option of getting the Toyota Scion iM, I learned a great deal as Jason explained it all in detail to me. 

My experience in getting my new car was so easy that I have been telling my friends and family that I felt like I drove in with my old car and simply left with a new one, LOL.  It truly felt like that to me and literally within the same week, I did have my new car and Jason and the Finance person, (Her name I can't recall but she was also fantastic) made it so easy. 

Jason did everything for me and I had to do nothing which is one of the reasons that I am a loyal Toyota customer and will definitely come back again. 

Now that I have had some time to get used to my new Toyota Scion iM, I am completely happy and content with my purchase and I don't feel that I broke the bank.  I am also really pleased that Jason was able to help me work it out so I have Extended Warranty and don't need to worry about hidden costs or my car breaking down in the future. 

Your Salesperson, Jason Zhang and the woman who took my information for the financing were both excellent and I will absolutely recommend that to anyone I know to go to Downtown Toyota and deal with Jason as it was a pleasure to deal with him.
